Ruksi
Gregory

Chief Operating Officer

Ruksi has spent most of her career in the healthcare industry. Her passion to make an impact in healthcare began at athenahealth, where she learned about the inefficiencies of the healthcare system. Working in Business Development, she helped launch the brand’s App Marketplace and managed strategic partnerships.

With a growing desire to reduce the administrative burden on practice staff, she took a role in Product Strategy, building more efficient revenue cycle solutions. Quickly moving into a leadership role in Operations, Ruksi led process improvement teams for three of athena’s core revenue cycle services.

After athenahealth, Ruksi joined InStride Health – an early-stage pediatric mental health startup for kids with anxiety and OCD – to help launch and scale the Growth Operations team. As the VP of Growth Operations, she built out the admissions, scheduling, and billing teams, drove market expansion efforts, and supported payor sales, contracting, and relationship management.

Ruksi is originally from New York City and graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.S.E. in Industrial and Operations Engineering (cum laude) and holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. She lives in the Boston area with her husband, two children, and Goldendoodle. Ruksi loves to play (and watch!) tennis, travel, eat good food, and spend time outdoors.
