  • in email and other electronic messages between you and Interra Health through any medium, including but not limited to, our Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) customer support features.

As noted above, our Website and Products and Services are intended only for individuals acting in a business-to-business context (e.g., employees, officers, or representatives of business entities) (“Business Customers”) and are not intended for general consumers acting in a personal or household context. In the event of a conflict between this Privacy Policy and any terms in an agreement between Interra Health and a Business Customer, the agreement shall govern.

Certain artificial intelligence (“AI”) features may be used to improve your experience or the overall experience of the Website and Products and Services. When we collect Personal Information from an individual who uses the Website or Products and Services, we may use the Personal Information in conjunction with our AI features to provide the Website and Products and Services, and other internal purposes permitted by applicable laws. AI-generated insights assist but do not replace human decision making.
