NEC requires the employees on their health plan to complete the InHealth Risk Assessment™ and InHealth BioScreen™ in order to be eligible to earn the program incentive. Based on employees’ biometric results and their participation in wellness activities, participants have the opportunity to earn a premium discount of up to 85%.  Spouses are encouraged, but not required to participate.
