MGIC Case Study
MGIC requires their employees and spouses on their health plan to complete the InHealth BioScreen™ and an annual physical in order to be eligible to earn the program incentive. Based on employees’ biometric results and their participation in preventive exams and other wellness activities (including InHealth Coaching™, weight management programs, and tobacco cessation programs), participants have the opportunity to earn a premium discount of up to 100%.
